Want a quality culture? Be more like Alice

Building a culture of quality means that you must provide opportunities for people to raise issues, concerns and improvements and actively encourage them to talk about opportunities in their own tasks and duties.

A quality culture means leaders listen to opportunities and never dismiss them, even when similar strategies may have been tried before.

Why?

Because innovation and change are constant. What didn’t work last time may be just the solution you are looking for now.

It's not uncommon for people to become disheartened with quality when their ideas are shunned or ignored.

If you want to create a culture of quality, encourage ideas and opportunities and don’t be afraid to let people have a go.

Be curious, be more like Alice.
