This year had seen the human services move from a welfare model to a free market.
It has seen a Royal commission in aged care and disability.
If we are going to make the changes we want in our human services, where the customer has real choice and control, where vulnerable people are safe and where quality is more than a certificate then something has got to change.
In 2020, I am offering 10 free AuditMindset lunch and learn sessions for disability and aged services.
AuditMindset is about helping everyone in the organisation to start really seeing what’s happening and taking responsibility for quality rather than relying on internal audit, the quality team, or worse the external auditor.
