Having confidence that you have enough evidence for audit is really important as the Quality Manager. Any of us who have been the person responsible for audit will know that sinking feeling when the auditor asks “Can you show me that” and you are not prepared.

- Management review minutes or reports
- Internal audit reports

- Supplier evaluation register
